Adrien de Boisanger is the Executive Chairman of Bemberg Capital and sits on the board of the group subsidiaries (Quilvest Capital Partners S.A. and Quilvest Switzerland Ltd). He is the co-founder of 360 Advisory LLP, a buy-side advisory firm, specialising in unlisted equity transactions.
Prior to 360 Advisory, Adrien spent over 15 years working in various Investment Banking divisions of leading Financial Institutions (RBS, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas), in Madrid, Paris and London.
During the course of his career, Adrien has advised Financial Institutions and Corporate clients in structuring highly complex financial engineering structures, working in both Fixed Income and Equity divisions.
His managerial responsibilities ranged from origination and structuring, to the execution of cross-border financial transactions.
Adrien acted as Guest Teacher in Finance at the London School of Economics, where he received an award for “outstanding contribution to teaching” in 2014.
He formerly acted as Chairman of the supervisory board of Quilvest Banque Privée, and as Vice-Chairman of Quilvest Wealth Management and is currently a member of the board of International Advisory Services, the Bemberg family council.
Adrien graduated from Paris II University (MA Company and Tax Law), and holds two post-graduate degrees from University College London (LLM), and the London School of Economics (Finance). Adrien lives in London.

Alexis Meffre is a board member of Bemberg Capital. He joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2018 and currently acts as its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Committee Head.
Alexis has over 20 years of private equity and finance experience across Europe, the USA and the Emerging Markets.
Prior to joining Bemberg Capital, Alexis was a Director at ACG Capital (ex Groupama Private Equity), co-manager of the investment team and member of the investment committee. He was leading private equity fund Investments in primary and secondary opportunities, buy-out, venture capital / growth equity, debt funds / mezzanine, infrastructure and special situations. He was also actively involved in client relationship, fundraising and new products development.
From 2003 to 2007, Alexis worked at Proparco (a French Development Financial Institution) where he co-founded the Private Equity team, focusing on Emerging markets (direct investments, private equity fund investments and co-investments).
He started his career as financial analyst in Sydney with BNP PARIBAS Equities Australia and then joined GOLDMAN SACHS Global Investment Research focusing on EMEA markets in London.

He is currently the president of the Board of Directors of SA San Miguel, the largest citrus producer of the southern hemisphere, with operations in Argentina, Uruguay and South Africa. He is also a director of Grupo Peñaflor, the largest wine company in Argentina.
Previously Gonzalo was the Finance Director of Patagonia Gold, a mining company listed in the AIM market of the LSE, and was appointed by the Argentine government as director in its national airliner, Aerolineas Argentinas. Prior to that, he was the general manager of MBHolding, an Argentinean private equity fund owned by the Miguens family.

Prior to joining CPTI in 2018, Vicky was a managing director in Cambridge Associates’ pension practice, advising clients on asset allocation strategy, manager selection, and investment program evaluation. Before CA, Vicky was the Head of Private Equity at BP Investment Management Ltd and held similar roles at British Airways Pensions Management and Shell Pensions Management Services Ltd.

In 2019, Mohamed moved to Luxembourg to join EY and be part of the Wealth and Asset Management department, gaining a deep understanding of the industry.
Mohamed joined Bemberg Capital in 2020 and is responsible for overseeing the group IFRS reporting, liquidity management, NAV preparation, and performance analysis.
Mohamed is the Head of Finance and Liquidity Management of Bemberg Capital and is based at the group head office in Luxembourg.
Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, and started his career in 2013 with KPMG Tunisia in financial audit.
In 2019, Mohamed moved to Luxembourg to join EY and be part of the Wealth and Asset Management department, gaining a deep understanding of the industry.

Manuel is the Group Compliance Manager.
He is based in New York and is specifically in charge of the Bemberg Capital entities operating in the US.
He is Principal of Quilvest Securities (US Broker Dealer). Prior to joining Bemberg Capital in 2009, Manuel gained 15 years of experience in the financial sector.
He worked successively as audit and compliance manager from 2004 to 2009 for Bank Sarasin Europe S.A. in Luxembourg.
He joined Credit Lyonnais Luxembourg in 1999 as senior auditor and became head of internal audit in 2001.
Manuel started his career in 1995 as external auditor with KPMG Luxembourg.
Manuel is a graduate of ESC Reims (NEOMA) and earned in 2008 a degree in Compliance Management of the University of Geneva.
